About us

Sanjana Festive Arts is a small handmade-decor business run by Sanjana from Pune, Maharashtra, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Sanjana Festive Arts, and “you” means anyone using this website or placing an order with us.

How ordering works

This website is a catalogue. There is no cart or online checkout — every order is placed and confirmed over WhatsApp.

• You tell us the design you want, and any custom details.
• We confirm availability, size, price, shipping charges and the timeline.
• Your order is confirmed only once we have agreed these details on WhatsApp and your payment, or advance, has been received.

We may decline an order — for example, if we can’t make it in time or can’t deliver to your pin code. If that happens after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Shipping is charged separately and quoted on WhatsApp.

Prices and sizes on the website can change without notice. The price we confirm with you on WhatsApp is the one that applies to your order, and if a price on the site is ever shown wrongly, we’ll tell you before you pay.

Payment

We don’t offer cash on delivery. Payment details are shared on WhatsApp when your order is confirmed.

For large orders, you can pay 50% in advance and the balance after delivery. The balance is due as soon as you receive your order.

We will never ask for your card PIN, OTP or passwords. Don’t share them with anyone claiming to be us.

Our products

• Every piece is made by hand, so small variations in shape, spacing and colour from the photos are natural and not a defect.
• Colours may look slightly different on your screen than in person.
• Sizes are approximate and can vary slightly from piece to piece.
• Our mats are not washable. Dust them gently and keep them dry.
• Where a design shows “Photo to come”, a real photo isn’t ready yet — ask us on WhatsApp and we’ll send one.

Custom orders

• Custom designs, names and colours are agreed in detail on WhatsApp before we start.
• Please check spellings, colours and sizes carefully — we make exactly what you approve.
• Once work has started, changes may not be possible, or may add to the cost and the making time.
• If you send us a design, logo or image to recreate, you confirm that you have the right to use it.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping and Delivery Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Refund and Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Designs, photos and content

The designs, photographs, text and logo on this website belong to Sanjana Festive Arts. Please don’t copy or sell our designs, or use our photos, without our written permission. You’re always welcome to share links to our pages and posts.

Your privacy

This website has no accounts, forms or checkout, so it never asks you for personal details. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to understand in aggregate how visitors use the site; it doesn’t tell us who you are.

When you message us on WhatsApp, we use your name, phone number and delivery address only to process, deliver and support your order. We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone except the courier delivering your parcel.

WhatsApp and Instagram are run by Meta and have their own privacy policies.

Limitation of liability

We take great care over every piece and every parcel. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather or other events outside our control.

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Indian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
